This is a contract with Chuvadi (UAN TN02D0070163) Proprietary trading online education through website www.chuvadi.com whose registered office is at 5/1 24A, Sri Ram Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai -600089, henceforth referred to as “First Party” “We” “our”and “us”.Public or Customer or Client who use our servicehenceforth referred to as “Second Party” “you” or “users”. Our service providing websitewww.chuvadi.comhenceforth referred to as “website”.Our partner’s, who are all launching course with us henceforth referred to as “Third party”.Please carefully read the following terms before accessing this website or registering or enrolling a course. By accessing the website (which includes, visiting, registering, purchasing or enrolling a course) you accept and agree to all of the covenants and conditions imposed in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website.
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governs the use of the services (“Service”) that are made available by us. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between theFirst partyand the Second Party or you or entity who use to our service (“users” or “you”).

You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement
We reserve the right to change any content used at any time and Trainees who fail to complete the online course in the time available will not be eligible for a refund. Users will receive an electronic notification on starting of the course prior to the course end date.All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions you must cease the course immediately and notify We of your intent not to continue.
We quote prices and issues invoices in Indian rupee (sign: ₹; code: INR). The client must pay in the currency shown on the invoice and Currency conversion charges from any other currency to that of the invoice is the responsibility of the client.
Any sales taxes or GST or taxes relevant to the country where the course takes place will be added to the course fees in accordance with that country’s tax regulations and the client must pay in full or provide a purchase order before the start of any training event or enroll course or shipment of any product or course materials.
With purchase orders,we will raise an invoice for the course fees and any certification/exam fees before the start of the training. In the case of PO’s the client must pay any invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Online payment is the preferred method of payment. Recognised credit cards are Visa/Mastercard/Maestro.
Course fees include the licensing of training materials, lecture video, written notes, presentation, assessment or any other form to a limited period of time to an appropriately qualified course content. Each license is valid for one person only and cannot be exchanged or shared.
We reserve the right to review the pricing and take appropriate action when changes to course or exam specification occur beyond our control. All discounts, whether advertised or stated in correspondence, are mutually exclusive i.e. only one discount can be applied to anyone booking.
We may give any special discount or advantage to any of our client, which lead to price variation among or any other for you and other
We reserve the right to revise the price, to decrease or increase at any time of period with or without notice.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
If a user cannot access the course online via www.chuvadi.com because they fail to meet the required system requirements given on the website, then We will not take responsibility or give a refund to the purchaser.
The start date of all course enrolling, and access is deemed to be the date that the student first has access to the course materials. We will make one attempt to warn the student when this access to course period has ended. After this attempt,we can no longer guarantee access to the course or that certification will be possible.
Online Course Materials
All kind of training material has been prepared, maintained, updated and distributed by us and training material is our property
The registered user shall not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted materials provided by us other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law and any violators will be prosecuted.
The Registered User shall not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted materials.
The materials made available by us are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed, or implied, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the materials will be error free including technical inaccuracies, nor free of viruses, or other harmful matter. The entire cost of any necessary service, repair, or correction, is the registered user’s responsibility.
We may make improvements, or changes, to this material at any time without prior notification.

Access to the courses
We strive to provide the course content to the users on a continuous basis. To that end, we will take all commercially reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to the courses to its Students. However, from time to time, students may be unable to access the courses due to conditions beyond we control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to force majeure, acts of God, power outages, and the acts of computer hackers and others acting outside the law. Also, from time to time, Access may be unavailable due to software issues, server downtime, increased Internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, regular maintenance of the system, and other related reasons. In response to any unavailability of the courses to its Students, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure Access is restored within a reasonable period of time. The term “commercially reasonable,” as used in these Terms, shall mean reasonable efforts taken in good faith without an unduly or burdensome use or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or money.
We endeavor to provide the highest quality content to users. To that end, we reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website in whole or in part, including, without limitation, the content, availability, Access and/or the Terms of this website.
